Business Unit Leader

Description of the Position 1.Responsible for the efficient administration of Human Resources and materials in assigned maintenance areas at the paint plant. 2.Ensure compliance with the training program focused on safety in accordance with the safety program, JSRA and JSRPs; Participates in security tours identifying abnormalities, takes immediate actions in case of an incident and attacks the root cause of problems 3.Preparation and development of procedures for maintenance areas, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. 4.Coordinates with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 5.Monitors and controls costs related to maintenance activities, optimizing resources and minimizing waste. 6.Participates in the development of budgets and financial plans for maintenance areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 7.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements changes to increase efficiency and productivity. 8.Coordinates with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 9.Ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations, implementing corrective actions as needed. 10.Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners. 11.Participates in the development of policies and procedures for maintenance areas, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. 12.Coordinates with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 13.Monitors and controls costs related to maintenance activities, optimizing resources and minimizing waste. 14.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements changes to increase efficiency and productivity. 15.Participates in the development of budgets and financial plans for maintenance areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 16.Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners. 17.Coordinates with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 18.Ensures compliance with quality standards and regulations, implementing corrective actions as needed. 19.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements changes to increase efficiency and productivity. 20.Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
