Your Mission

For our continued growth, we are looking for you immediately as a Business Unit Lead (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Berlin, Munich, or Halle in a hybrid model.

In this role, you will assume overall entrepreneurial responsibility for key customer accounts within an industry group – with direct influence on growth, profitability, and strategic development. As a "Bar Raiser" on-site, you will set new standards in quality and performance, shape a high-performance culture, and sustainably develop both our customer relationships and our organization.

Conceptual Excellence – Your Core Contribution

  • Driving force behind conceptual quality, both internally and externally
  • Independent creation of high-quality customer presentations, strategic documents, and business reviews
  • Translation of complex customer requirements into structured, actionable decision papers

Own the Business

  • Overall responsibility for revenue, growth, and profitability of your accounts – with a clear focus on sustainable value creation
  • Management of the entire value chain from delivery and commercials to customer satisfaction
  • Active identification and implementation of growth levers, including scaling successful solutions and developing new business potential

Drive Performance through Data

  • Use of KPIs and in-depth analyses to identify performance levers and root causes
  • Derivation of clear actions and creation of executive-ready reports & business reviews

Act as Strategic Partner to your Clients

  • Primary point of contact for your clients on an equal footing
  • Deep understanding of business models and proactive development of added value and growth potential (e.g., upselling, process optimization)
  • Close collaboration with Product & Tech to implement individual solutions

Build & Lead High-Performing Teams

  • Leadership and development of ~5 Operations Managers
  • Coaching towards ownership, analytical thinking, and commercial understanding
  • Building a high-performing organization with a clear focus on objectives

Raise the Bar

  • Setting new standards in quality, structure, and excellence
  • Shaping the local culture through entrepreneurial thinking, ownership, and role modeling

Your Skillset

Background & Mindset

  • Several years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a big tech environment
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, as well as high problem-solving competence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on impact, ownership, and continuous improvement

Leadership & Communication

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convince at all levels – from the operational team to customer management

Way of Working

  • High demand for quality, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic environment with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel (storylining, analysis)

Further Requirements

  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to be regularly present in Sofia (3–4 days/week)
  • Willingness to travel for exchange formats with our German locations
