Introduction & Summary We are seeking an experienced Payroll professional to support a significant HR and Payroll transformation initiative in Morocco (Freelancer). This role emphasizes strong business acumen over technical skills, focusing on standardizing Payroll processes onto a single cloud-based platform. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between local business teams and the implementation partner, ensuring that the unique requirements of the country are efficiently captured and communicated. Main Responsibilities The primary duties include: * Coordinate requirement gathering with local stakeholders. * Collect business processes and country-specific requirements. * Act as the interface between local business users and the implementation partner. * Support SAP integrations and Treasury payment files. * Understand APF, SAF-T and statutory requirements. * Coordinate UAT preparation. * Validate business processes. * Ensure successful adoption of the new solution. Key Requirements * Strong Business Analysis background. * Experience working on HRIS, Payroll or ERP programmes. * Excellent communication skills. * Experience coordinating business stakeholders. * French and English language proficiency. Nice to Have * Payroll implementation experience. * SAP HR / SuccessFactors exposure. * Treasury or Finance integration knowledge. Other Details This role is primarily hybrid, on a freelancer contract and based in Tangier, Morocco. The candidate will represent local business needs and facilitate a smooth transition during the implementation of the new Payroll system.
