Business Unit Head – Industrial Machinery Components & Foundry Location: Coimbatore The Business Unit Head will be responsible for the overall leadership and profitability of the Industrial Machinery Components business, including Foundry and Manufacturing Operations. The role involves driving business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic expansion while ensuring efficient plant operations, quality, safety, and cost management. The incumbent will lead end-to-end processes, develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes overseeing the development of new products, services, and processes, as well as identifying and mitigating risks. The Business Unit Head will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve growth and profitability • Leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Identifying and mitigating risks • Overseeing the development of new products, services, and processes • Developing and implementing quality control procedures • Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching to team members • Collaborating with other business unit heads to share best practices and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial machinery components or a related field, with experience in leadership roles. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
