ai6 solutions is a growing medium-sized enterprise group in the medical technology sector with production sites in Schwabach and Dessau. In the course of this growth, we are filling the role of Production Controller for the first time:
We strengthen our production service business by creating greater transparency and a clear focus on measures; controlling is not understood as a reporting function at our company, but rather as an entrepreneurial sparring partner for production and management.

Aufgaben

Your role – with real impact

As Production Controller, you are close to the manufacturing process and close to the decisions. You shape structures, create transparency, and bring numbers where they have an effect.

Your tasks at our company

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Verantwortung des standortübergreifenden Produktionscontrollings
• Analyse von Kosten, Produktivität, Abweichungen und Kennzahlen in der Produktion und im Einkauf
• Digitalisierungsprojekte in Produktion und Einkauf
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Business Unit Leitung und dem Management
• Ableitung konkreter, pragmatischer Handlungsempfehlungen
• Verantwortung für Investitionsrechnungen, Budgetplanung und Forecasts
• Aktive Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Standards und Prozessen

Qualifikation

We are not looking for an administrator, but a seasoned Controller with a strong foundation.

You bring professionally

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Produktions- oder Werkscontrolling
• Hintergrund im Mittelstand (crossfunktionales Arbeiten, Anpackermentalität)
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse in der Fertigung
• Affinität für Digitalisierung und IT
