Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Mining Industry Location: Mpumalanga, South Africa RPO Recruitment's client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the mining industry in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and improving our business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: Analyze existing business systems, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement; Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs; Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems; Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes to business systems and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology or related field; At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
