Business Systems Analyst

Our client is in need of a Business Systems Analyst to join their team of professionals and contribute to various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and documenting system requirements based on changes to clients, users, interfaces, processes, data flows, constraints, and non-functional requirements. They will also play a crucial role in translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of system solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Analyse and document system requirements based on changes to clients, users, interfaces, processes, data flows, constraints, and non-functional requirements. * Translate business requirements into functional specifications. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of system requirements. * Promote the adoption of system solutions. * Create and maintain relevant documentation. * Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing. * Provide support and training to end-users. * Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science). * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with system analysis and design methodologies. * Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation. * Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. * Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing. * Knowledge of project management principles. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
