Currently, we are looking for a profile for the position of: Business Systems Analyst (corporate banking) Organizational Information: Office Location: Warsaw or Wrocław Service Delivery Mode: hybrid, one day a week from the office Form of Cooperation: B2B contract, stable, long-term engagement Rate: 110 - 130 PLN/h (net on invoice) Start: ASAP Sector: corporate banking English Language: required at a level enabling fluent communication (min. B2+/C1-) – daily cooperation in an international environment Scope of Tasks: Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements Developing functional and non-functional requirements specifications Creating analytical and project documentation Modeling business and system processes using UML and BPMN Cooperating with business stakeholders and IT teams Participating in the design and implementation of IT solutions Supporting the testing process and verifying solution compliance with requirements Expectations: Minimum 3 years of experience in business and system analysis Experience in executing projects in the banking sector Good knowledge of UML and BPMN Experience working with Enterprise Architect Ability to gather, analyze, and specify business and system requirements Ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria Experience in creating analytical and project documentation Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with business and IT teams Higher technical education We Offer: Long-term stable cooperation based on a B2B contract Opportunity for development within a large structure, direct contact with the Team Manager Work in a company where IT is mature and global, and agile methodologies are respected Contribution to a MultiSport card and insurance Efficient recruitment process (video conference), maximum 2 meetings (first with someone from the team, second with the Manager) Employment agency - certificate number 14181
