Business Systems & AI Automation Manager (m/w/d)

Your Mission

As Business Systems & AI Automation Manager (m/w/d), you will operate our "Single Source of Truth", be responsible for the further development of our operational system landscape, and build automation, data quality, and the use of KI in our systems. This way, you ensure that our company machine runs quickly, predictably, and scalable.

Your Tasks

• As Business Systems & AI Automation Manager, you will build and operate our "Single Source of Truth" including data quality, phase status along the EPC funnel, and consistent data flows between teams.
• You will automate manual workflows systematically through interfaces between our systems (CRM, project management, and other specialized tools).
• You will integrate KI specifically into our systems and processes: from KI-supported workflows to agents that take over recurring tasks independently.
• You will set up our KPI framework technically: fields, data binding, and dashboards for operational control, management, and investor reporting.
• You will work closely with the Head of Operations & Processes and teams from Sales, Permitting, EPC, and O&M.
• Your role is threefold: you are a Product Manager and identify potential for automations and KI; you are a technical implementer and implement solutions practically and advise colleagues on tools and KI applications.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in setting up and operating CRM and automation systems, as well as fundamental knowledge of data modeling, interface management, and workflow automation (e.g., APIs and external data sources).
• Self-evident use of KI tools in your daily work, as well as experience in integrating KI functions into systems and processes (e.g., LLM APIs or agent-based workflows).
• Outstanding product understanding and the ability to identify user requirements and translate them into feasible concepts.
• The ability to develop own tools and solutions from scratch using KI, software, and coding.
• A strong affinity for reporting and business intelligence, as well as experience in translating KPI logic into informative dashboards.
• Analytical thinking, pragmatic implementation strength, and a high standard for documentation and sustainable system design.
• Process understanding in the EPC-, construction- or energy sector is an advantage
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
