As a Business Systems Analyst in our team, you will be a key player in the analysis, design, and implementation of information systems that support our insurance processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, policies, and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Willing to learn and understand the world of insurance
  • Openness to people and ideas, as well as enjoyment of varied tasks
  • Strong ambition to develop high-quality solutions
  • Good English skills

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, objectives, and processes
  • Analyze and model data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
  • Work with our team Software Architects, developers and other Business System Analysts to design, configure, and test software solutions that align with business needs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system deployments
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to insurance systems
