Business - System Analyst @ Scalo

Competencies required for service delivery:

• Higher education in banking, economics, IT, or related fields,
• minimum 5 years of experience in business and/or system analysis,
• experience in delivering projects in the banking sector,
• experience related to e-banking, corporate client service processes, or user authorization management,
• knowledge of processes related to company representation, granting powers of attorney, and managing authorizations for bank accounts and services,
• knowledge of operational banking processes related to business client service, accounts, and electronic channels,
• very good knowledge of business and system analysis methods,
• ability to identify, analyze, and model business processes,
• knowledge of issues related to access security, authorization, authentication, and role and authorization management in e-banking systems,
• ability to analyze the impact of business changes on the organization's process and system architecture,
• ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements,
• very good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML,
• knowledge of digital solution design principles with consideration for user experience (UX/UI),
• practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Enterprise Architect tools or equivalent modeling tools,
• experience in documenting business requirements and processes,
• knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level,
• very good analytical skills and ability to work with a large amount of information and dependencies,
• ability to break down complex business problems into smaller elements and formulate practical recommendations,
• autonomy, initiative, and responsibility for the area being delivered,
• highly developed communication and facilitation skills,
• experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and harmonizing requirements between different stakeholder groups,
• ability to effectively manage priorities and work in a dynamic project environment.

Nice to have:

• experience in projects related to online or mobile banking for corporate clients,
• knowledge of KYC, AML, power of attorney management, and representation of business entities,
• experience in digitizing business client service processes,
• knowledge of processes related to electronic signatures, transaction authorization, and acceptance workflows in corporate banking,
• experience in analyzing and modeling processes related to the authorized person's life cycle, including granting, modifying, suspending, and revoking authorizations,
• experience working according to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
