Job description

WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU? Minimum 5 years of experience in business-system analysis. Understanding mechanisms of creditworthiness evaluation, scoring models, and integration with external databases. Knowledge of legal requirements for the banking sector (e.g. KNF recommendations, AML/KYC). Experience in the banking industry regarding processes and/or products related to credits: Familiarity with stages of application, processing, and servicing of retail credits. Experience working in Scrum. Familiarity with BPMN and UML. Practical experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. Experience working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an asset.
