Job description

Bachelor’s degree in an IT field or equivalent work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a business systems analysis role or as a product owner, managing a product or complex feature within an enterprise. A strong understanding of agile software development methods, applied concepts and tools in modern product management and product design, JIRA and/or Polarion experience strongly desired. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. Ability to influence without authority, build trust with stakeholders, and drive results through effective prioritization and resource allocation. Proven track record of delivering high-quality products or features on time, within budget, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum or Kanban, is highly valued.
