Business System Analyst

Interfaces with client and internal business teams regarding business problems, issues and opportunities in the context of business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Analyzes business information, translates requirements into functional specifications and champions client and/or internal business needs while balancing climate, priorities, capabilities and constraints of client and Acxiom environments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes expertise to lead project teams to select the most appropriate solutions for clients' needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that meet clients' requirements. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal business partners, and Acxiom teams. Provides expert-level analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process improvements and implements changes as needed. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
