Business Support Operator

Job Description Reporting to the Manager – Business Support, this position is responsible for providing support to Farm Boy stores, warehouses, corporate offices and suppliers through the use of multiple customer service tools, Farm Boy systems and product knowledge. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the Farm Boy Way. Major Responsibilities: Provide first-class customer service to all employees, customers and suppliers through the use of multiple customer service tools, Farm Boy systems and product knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to, answering and resolving customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns, and providing information and support as required. Additionally, this role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Key Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, customer service) an asset. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Ability to perform other administrative tasks as required.
