Business Support Operations (BSO) Specialist ️ Key Tasks: Handle ServiceNow tickets (CRM, accounts, etc.) Work with sales to update territories & classify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business operations. Develop and maintain process documentation for BSO workflows. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. 2. Business Support Operations (BSO) Analyst ️ Key Tasks: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. Provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
