Business Support Executive

Job Description:
- Track financial KPI completion progress, including controllable margin, accounts receivables collection rate, cash flow and other operational performance indicators, conduct financial and business performance analysis, prepare regular management reports and dashboards, organize monthly follow-up meetings to drive improvements
- Conduct customer background checks, financial due diligence and credit assessment, support business teams during project initiation and contract negotiations, review financial terms, identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures
- Support annual budget planning, budget allocation and periodic forecasting activities, monitor budget utilization across departments, analyze variances, and recommend necessary adjustments to improve cost efficiency
- Review vendor payment requests and verify invoice accuracy, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, internal policies, and approval processes
- Review employee reimbursement claims for completeness, accuracy, compliance and supporting documentation
- Provide financial guidance and operational support to business teams, deliver finance-related training sessions and knowledge sharing, enhancing financial awareness and promoting compliance with corporate policies
- Collaborate closely with headquarter, regional teams and overseas units to support day-to-day business operations and process optimization, drive operational excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing standardized operating procedures
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and special projects, support regional operational initiatives and other business administration tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analysis, or related disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, business operations, FP&A, commercial finance, or related functions; preferably experience in telecommunication industry
- Well-vested with local accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Advanced skill in MS office, such as Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work autonomously; strong data analysis, logical thinking; strong cross-functional communication
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is required.
