Your functions: Responsible for the online travel agencies channel for assigned hotels/destinations. Developing solid relationships with online travel agencies with the goal of expanding their presence in markets where the chain is established. Application of analytical skills and business acumen to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share. Analyze and interpret data to measure performance and make informed decisions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the OTA's Plaza América business, including their products, services, and target audience. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and increase revenue. Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the OTA's Plaza América community. Identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve them. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
