1, Document Preparation and Analysis (Pre-Shipment): This phase focuses on ensuring all documentation is correct before shipment. It includes receiving and checking the Purchase Order (PO), the fiscal classification (NCM) of the goods, analyzing draft documents (CI, PL, BL drafts), and initial registration in the system. 2, Shipment Management and Customs Procedures: This stage covers the active management of the process while the cargo is in transit. It involves obtaining the Import License (License for Importation), processing the customs declaration, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 3, Post-Shipment: This phase focuses on monitoring the shipment's status after it has been dispatched. It includes tracking the shipment's movement, verifying the receipt of goods at the destination, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit. The Business Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
