Business Reporting & BI Specialist

In your role as Business Reporting & BI Specialist, you will develop, administer, and optimize reporting and data analysis solutions, ensuring the provision of accurate, complete, and timely information for decision-making processes. Additionally, you will ensure local integration of BI solutions and offer user support for adopting and using BI tools efficiently.

At Holcim România, we are looking for a Commercial Reporting & BI Specialist to join our Commercial Support team.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Build relevant dashboards and reports for Sales, Finance, and HR, optimize data flows and ETL processes;
- Collaborate directly with business teams, as well as with BI experts within the Holcim Group;
- Bring added value through data analysis and insights that support strategic decisions.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience with SQL, ETL, and relational databases;
- Has solid knowledge of QlikView / QlikSense and Looker, including optimized versions for mobile and tablet use;
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a BI / Data Analyst role;
- Has excellent communication and analytical thinking skills;
- Holds a university degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Automation, or Calculators; and
- Is eager to work in an international environment and bring concrete solutions to business.
