Business Proposition Manager

Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage seeking a Business Proposition Manager to own and lead the firm's product and business proposition strategy. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing relationships with insurance company counterparts, structuring multi-insurer solutions, and translating product offerings into compelling, client-ready business propositions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison with insurance company partners, managing commercial and production-related matters; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to drive strategic partnerships; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, value-added solutions that meet clients' needs; Structure multi-insurer solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives; Translate product offerings into compelling, client-ready business propositions that drive revenue growth and market share expansion; Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth through new products, services, or partnerships; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including trends, regulations, and competitor activity; Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior management and other stakeholders; Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and drive business results through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
