Business Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to join our Transformation team. You are responsible for planning, executing and monitoring complex business projects from launch to completion. You play a key role in the organization's success by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to expected quality standards.

• Global project manager responsible for directing the project team efficiently
• Align project objectives with the company's strategic objectives
• Responsible for developing, executing and coordinating the project plan and deliverables
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and within the agreed scope
• Coordinate project preparation activities: identify stakeholders, set up a cross-functional team, develop a communication plan
• Analyze risks and define mitigation actions
• Foster workshops with stakeholders to gather inputs and promote consensus, adoption and commitment
• Act as a consultant, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on your business knowledge and project results
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the SteerCo (steering committee)
• Accompany the organization during implementation and ensure a smooth and successful transition to operational use
• Evaluate project results and document lessons learned
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
