Business Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to strengthen our Transformation-team. You are responsible for planning, executing and monitoring complex business projects from start to finish. You play a crucial role in the success of the organization by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to expected quality standards.

• End-to-end responsibility for the project by steering the project team in an efficient and effective manner
• Aligning project objectives with the company's strategic goals
• Responsible for preparing, executing and coordinating the project plan and project deliverables
• Making sure the project is delivered on time, within budget and within the agreed scope
• Coordinating the preparation phase of the project: identifying stakeholders, setting up a cross-functional team, outlining a communication plan
• Performing risk analyses and determining mitigating actions
• Facilitating workshops with relevant stakeholders to gather input and create consensus, buy-in and adoption
• Serving as an advisor and providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on business knowledge and project results
• Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and the Steering Group (SteerCo)
• Guiding the organization during implementation and ensuring a smooth and successful transition to operational use
• Evaluating project results and documenting lessons learned
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
