Business Project Manager

AYES, a multinational engineering and technology consulting company, is looking for a Business Project Manager in view of the expansion of its activities in Italy!

We operate globally in the Automotive, Industrial Automation, Aerospace & Defense, Railway, Energy, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, and Telecommunications sectors, supporting clients throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design to industrialization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support for project management in Business and Operations areas;
• Planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities within deadlines, costs, and quality;
• Analysis and optimization of logistics and organizational processes;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities progress;
• Monitoring KPIs and preparing project reports;
• Management of project documentation and support for stakeholders during all project phases.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Aerospace Engineering;
• Experience, even if brief, in Project Management activities or project management;
• Knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies and tools;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Are a plus:

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations;
• Knowledge of project planning and management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools);
• Certifications or training in Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile);
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.

What we offer:

The salary package for this role ranges between €24,000 – €33,000 and will be assessed based on professional experience, acquired skills, and results emerged during the selection process.

The position includes an employment contract under the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Tertiary Sector, Distribution, and Services).
