Business & Project Development Manager / Sales

Tasks

• Development and implementation of sales strategies for Green Energy Contracting for property owners of commercial and industrial buildings as well as their portfolios.
• Structuring, coordinating, and motivating the sales organization.
• BUILDING relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitoring project development until financing is available.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, economics, or other fields.
• Solid technical understanding of project management and energy markets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in project development or sales of complex B2B/Germany products - ideally in the real estate, finance, industry, or energy sector.
• Identification of large property owners and analysis of their requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of the German real estate market with existing contacts to commercial and industrial property owners or large portfolios.
