Business Product Analyst

Location: Warsaw / Kraków / Piaseczno / hybrid work Team: Space Technology Products Office (BPTK) Role Overview We are looking for a Business or Product Analyst to co-create the unit responsible for product strategy, market analysis, development planning, and supporting sales and engineering teams. We’re seeking a person who combines interest in space technologies with an analytical and business-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Preparing pricing & cost breakdowns, updating price information and maintaining accurate records of costs and revenues; Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other tools to support data-driven decision making; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements; Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product development; Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders on product strategy and market trends; Supporting sales and engineering teams in developing effective go-to-market strategies; Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; 3+ years of experience in a similar role; Strong analytical skills with ability to work with complex data sets; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace; Knowledge of space technologies and industry trends is an asset.
