Business Process & Systems Transformation Manager

Orienta spa Società Benefit is seeking, for a highly technical procurement company, a Business Process & Systems Transformation Manager. The resource will be responsible for guiding the transformation of business processes and information systems (ERP, CRM) in a structured and growing context. Responsibilities: · Map and re-design end-to-end processes · Define KPIs, process ownership, and operational control models · Identify operational inefficiencies and risks · Translate process diagrams into visual representations · Develop and implement process improvement initiatives · Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and change management · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards · Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems · Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) · Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization · Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management and information systems
