Business Process Reengineer (Lead) Consultant

As a Business Process Reengineer (Lead) Consultant, you will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes to ensure readiness for AI implementation. You will translate business requirements into future-ready, AI-first workflows, driving efficiency, operational excellence, and measurable value from AI-enabled initiatives.

What will you do?

Business Process Reengineering & Design

• Lead or support end-to-end business process reviews and reengineering for AI project deployments, including discovery, analysis, mapping, redesign, and implementation
• Design future-state AI-first workflows aligned with best practices, regulatory standards, and AI capabilities
• Develop detailed process documentation, use cases, and transformation roadmaps

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, data scientists, and technical teams to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and AI-driven improvements
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and design sessions to document as-is and to-be processes

AI Enablement & Delivery Support

• Translate to-be AI-first workflows into AI project requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility
• Oversee process transformation pilots, measure impact, and refine recommendations based on real-world feedback

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with operational, security, and data governance standards throughout the BPR lifecycle
• Support project managers with risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and transformation status tracking

Communication & Change Enablement

• Prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and executive reports on BPR findings and recommendations
• Develop change management plans to support adoption of redesigned processes
