Business Process Expert Controlling

You support our team as Business Process Expert Controlling.

Responsibilities:

• Support rollout of company process template and IT solution to defined countries by convincing others to change way or working based on company process template and new IT solutions;
• Collaborate with local Key-User, project teams and GPM Organization;
• Ensure knowledge transfer to local organizations and perform training sessions;
• Execute analysis (business readiness), present and train Business group's Template in IT solutions and leading SWT and different testing's;
• Support cutover and hyper care phase;
• Support GPO and local entities in solution design for identified GAP's;
• Support change management to enable local Key-User to use the new solution in a proper way;
• Monitor and follow-up the implementation status and deadlines of the projects including implementation of an escalation mechanism;
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and manage various stakeholder groups;
• Ensure proper maintenance of the process architecture documentation (e.g. Process Flow-Charts, etc).

Qualifications:

• Controlling process knowledge at least 3 years;
• SAP knowledge at least 5 years and acting as Key-User / process expert for FiCo (for production entities with focus on SAP CO applications);
• Project experience – as project team member or stream lead in SAP rollout projects;
• Very good English language skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate effectively;
• Self-motivated and pro-active;
• Open-minded, respectful, and sensitive to different cultures;
• End to end business process (e.g. order to cash) and SAP knowledge (SD, PP, MM etc.) would be a major advantage;
• Willingness to travel abroad.
