Job Overview: Summary of Position The primary role of the Business Process Consultant is to work closely with customers to gather and document business requirements, manage development cycles and deliver solutions based on business needs. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing new processes, and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops with customers. • Develop and maintain detailed process maps and documentation of existing and proposed processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements. • Design and implement new or modified processes that meet customer needs and improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. • Provide training and support to customers on new processes and tools. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and other team members. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a business process consultant or similar role. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow and its applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
