To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Process & Atlassian Solution Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main.

Aufgaben

• A completed education, completed studies or comparable practical experience in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration, process management or a similar field.
• Experience in process management, business process management, business analysis, requirements engineering or a comparable role.
• Good understanding of business processes, organizational relationships and digital platforms.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence, ideally also in configuration or administration.
• Experience with workflows, permissions, boards, dashboards, automations or similar system functions.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• Communication skills in exchange with departments, IT and management.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.

Programming knowledge is not necessarily required. What's more important is a good technical understanding, process thinking and the ability to translate professional requirements into feasible system solutions.

Qualifikation

• Experience with Atlassian Data Center and/or Atlassian Cloud.
• Knowledge in ITSM, agile methods, software development, project management or quality management.
• Experience with process modeling, change management, reporting or integrations.
• Interest in AI-based solutions and their sensible and responsible integration into business processes.
