Business Process Analyst

TheDriveGroup has partnered with a well known Australian brand who are looking for 3 Business Process Analysts. One located in 3 different cities Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. They need strong Business Analysts who can review and document current state compliance and communicate with operational and technical teams. Someone who can offer potential technology improvements such as integration or system improvement opportunities. to Be successful you MUST HAVE:

• Business Analyst
• Process mapping and Process Improvement initiatives
• Strong capability in documenting current state, developing proposed future state, and building recommendations
• Strong Communication Skills
• Exposure to lean, continuous improvement, or process simplification methodologies
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
• Technical literacy to identify system integrations or digital improvements
