To support our customer, a leading manufacturer of brake systems for rail and commercial vehicles with headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a Business Planning Process Analyst S/4HANA (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Fachliche Verantwortung für Projektmanagement, PMO und Steuerungsaufgaben, insbesondere im Rahmen des konzernweiten SAP S4/HANA Programms with a focus on the Workstream Market to Demand as well as the Initiative Rail Growth Beyond AI. The position ensures structured planning, coordination, implementation, and achievement of the assigned initiatives and accompanies the identification, prioritization, and implementation of optimization and standardization potential in the existing Business Planning landscape.

Prägende Teilaufgaben:

1. Übernahme von PMO und Projektmanagementaufgaben im SAP S4/HANA Programm for the Workstream Market to Demand as well as the Initiative Rail Growth Beyond AI, including structuring of work packages, terms, resources, and dependency management

2. Koordination and professional coordination between Business, IT, Group Functions, and external project partners to ensure consistent implementation of the Market to Demand architecture

3. Preparation of decision-making and steering documents (e.g., status reports, risk and measure overviews, decision requirements) for projects, programs, and management committees

4. Structured accompaniment as well as identification and evaluation of optimization and standardization potential in the existing Business Planning landscape (processes, methods, governance), particularly in the transition from current ECC-based solutions to the future target image

5. Support for defining and further developing goal processes and standards in the Market to Demand context in close coordination with the responsible units

6. Monitoring of progress, risks, and deviations within the assigned initiatives as well as derivation and tracking of suitable steering and countermeasures

7. Ensuring documentation, transparency, and traceability of project contents, decisions, and results as a contribution to program governance and knowledge security

Qualifikation

• Completed business studies, economics, or engineering degree
• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of Business Planning, preferably in a manufacturing company or consulting firm with corresponding project experience
• Practical experience in SAP process consulting or comparable knowledge
• Vantage: In-depth expertise in SAP (e.g., modules SD, PS, PP, MM, S/4HANA, and/or IBP)
• Very good German and English skills
