Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success of initiatives and programs. Provide expert advice and support to managers and teams on HR-related matters. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development within the company.
