Business Partner, People & Culture, Personal & Private Banking, Technology Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street To work independently and provide end-to-end People and Culture value chain business partner support for the Personal & Private Banking, Technology portfolio. Applying specialist knowledge and judgment to resolve complex challenges, and providing business partnering advisory support to stakeholders within the portfolio. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of People and Culture initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and leverage these relationships to drive business results. Provide expert advice and guidance on People and Culture matters, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Identify and prioritize business needs, and develop and implement solutions to address these needs. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, and support the development of a high-performing team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
