Business Partner Operations

In this role, you're responsible for the financial management and improvement of our operational organization; like laboratories and patient locations. You actively steer towards results from data, insight, and connection with operations

• You manage and analyze the entire P&L of laboratories, patient locations, and medical staff
• You set forecasts, make budgets, and monitor expenses
• You deliver clear and reliable management reports that give direction
• You work on in-depth financial analyses and underpin investment and capex business cases
• You steer operational costs and identify structural improvement opportunities
• You translate strategic objectives into financial and operational plans

You'll also play an active role in projects around capacity planning, process digitalization, patient logistics, and standardization. You work closely with colleagues, lab and team managers, and national project groups.

Whether you're in Amsterdam or visiting a location elsewhere in the country: you maintain oversight, bring structure, and ensure improvements are realized and secured.

In short: you're the financial strategic sparring partner who helps operations look ahead and steer.
