Responsibilities Realize immersions in the operation to identify opportunities, ensure the application of HR policies and processes, and build action plans with managers; Monitor and analyze data to inform strategic decisions; Develop and implement training programs for leaders; Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement talent development strategies; Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders; Identify and address potential risks and conflicts; Build relationships with stakeholders; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Fluency in Portuguese.
