Business Partner, Change Management and Organizational Development - 12 months

This position is temporary - 12-month mandate.

We offer a flexible hybrid work mode that allows you to work from your home and one of our offices in Quebec.

In the context of major organizational growth, this person will be an active member of the training and development organization team. The team has the mission to support the organization in its transformations and develop talent. The team is responsible for various programs such as talent management, retention, mobilization, succession planning, and developing a culture of change management.

Thus, the Business Partner will collaborate on setting up strategies for change management including plans for communication and training that will result from it. They will also be responsible for developing programs related to talent management with a stimulating and innovative approach to create a positive, enriching, and sustainable employee experience.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for change management according to mandates and projects entrusted
• Identify stakeholders, analyze impacts, evaluate human and organizational risks, and develop action plans
• Develop communication and training plans, participate in writing communications, and animate work sessions as needed
• Present action plans to various committees/instances to encourage alignment and adherence
• Contribute to the analysis, design, implementation, and coordination of strategies and initiatives in GDC and organizational development aligned with company objectives. Strategies and initiatives may refer to culture, talent management, retention, mobilization, and employee experience, career paths, succession planning, performance, and this, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
