The market is fragmented, opaque, and difficult to trust, which is why we are building the infrastructure to change that, so that more electric cars get a second life and the transition to electromobility truly gains momentum.

And it's working: we are quadrupling our revenue year after year and already hold more than 1% of the German consumer EV resale market. Our team comes from the German startup scene and the automotive world, with experience at Autarc, Limehome, Cardino, Wemolo, Alasco, Porsche, Mercedes, and KPMG.

Do you enjoy direct customer contact, like approaching people, and see cars as more than just transportation, but as a genuine interest? Then you're exactly right in our Sales Team.

Operational Sales: You will support our Sales Team in preparing vehicles for auction: from checking data to the final preparation for the platform.
Process Management: You will guide our sellers through the entire sales process. From the initial phone contact to planning the handover, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly internally.
Further Develop Sales Processes: You will analyze existing workflows, contribute ideas, and help make our processes leaner, more efficient, and scalable.
Feedback for Product and Team: You will share insights from customer contact and thus help to specifically develop our product.
Startup Everyday Life: You will contribute where you are needed, with your individual strengths and interests.

Your Background: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Your field of study is secondary to us; your structured way of working and your eye for clean processes are much more important.
Communication Skills: You approach people openly, enjoy making phone calls, and feel comfortable in direct customer contact.
Interest in Cars: Not a must, but definitely a plus, as you will be working with vehicle data a lot.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are eager for an environment where things move quickly, you show initiative, and you want to actively shape things rather than just following instructions.
Availability: You have 20 hours per week available for us, and more during semester breaks if possible.
Language Skills: You master German at a native level (C2) and have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Growth & Ownership: From day one, you will be given real responsibility, make your own decisions, and be treated as a full team member: you can advance quickly in a fast-paced environment. "Student" is on the contract, not on your role.
