Your Tasks

• You take on the role of a central interface between internal specialist departments and external network operators and coordinate collaboration from an operational as well as strategic perspective.

• You independently contact network operators, coordinate joint workflows, establish binding communication channels, and develop standardized processes for collaboration.

• You conduct internal research on customer transactions and process deviations, analyze causes, and derive concrete measures for improving processes and customer outcomes.

• You develop and document internal processes, roles, and responsibilities, as well as external process chains with network operators, to ensure transparency, efficiency, and scalability.

Your Profile

• You analyze complex processes, recognize interdependencies across different departments, companies, and stakeholders, and independently develop sustainable solutions that combine operational requirements and strategic goals.

• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, set priorities even in dynamic environments, and maintain an overview and high quality of results even with a high workload and time-critical issues.

• You understand different perspectives of customers, network operators, internal specialist departments, and management, bring these interests together, and create viable decisions and common approaches through analytical thinking and clear communication.

• You possess strong teamwork skills, empathy, and humanity, foster trusting collaboration among all stakeholders, and convince through professional stakeholder management at the operational and strategic level.

• Ideally, you have experience in the B2B environment as well as in building and optimizing processes, projects, and organizational structures; initial leadership responsibility or proven coordination and management experience are advantageous for successfully leading teams, partners, and projects towards a common goal.

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable field.
