Aufgaben

• Operative Leitung: Ensure that all work and production processes run efficiently and achieve daily targets.
• Personalverantwortung: Leadership, motivation, and development of employees, including personnel planning, deployment, and training.
• Prozessoptimierung: Identification of improvement opportunities, implementation of more efficient workflows, and optimization of performance.
• Qualitäts- und Compliance-Sicherung: Compliance with legal requirements, safety, and quality standards in the company.
• Kommunikation: Coordination and alignment between departments, contact person for employees, customers, and external parties as needed.
• Strategische Planung: Participation in long-term goals, reporting to management, and aligning the company with corporate objectives.

Qualifikation

• Completed technical training (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, technician, master craftsman) or comparable qualification in the technical field.
• Multiple years of work experience in production, manufacturing, or technical operations, ideally with leadership experience or in a leading position.
• Familiarity with machines, production technology, and process optimization (e.g. Lean methods, continuous improvement).
• Safe handling of technical systems and production software/ERP (e.g. SAP), good IT knowledge.
• Good leadership and communication skills and sense of responsibility.
