I am Philipp Raasch, founder of "Der Autopreneur" – Germany's largest independent media brand transforming the automotive industry. 80,000+ professionals reach me through newsletter, podcast, YouTube, and LinkedIn. After 10 years at Mercedes, I have built a growing content business.

2026 is the year we scale. New formats. More partnerships. More reach. For that, I need someone who will give me space to breathe. Not just by going through To-Do lists. But by taking independent action.

I am not looking for an assistant. I am looking for someone who thinks along.

Aufgaben

Partner-Management

• You manage our advertising partners independently – from inquiry to settlement
• You build the partner pipeline and keep it up-to-date
• You recognize problems before they escalate – and solve them

E-Mail & Inbox

• You handle my inbox independently
• You answer inquiries in my name
• You know when you can decide and when I need to be involved

Team-Koordination

• You brief freelancers for routine tasks
• You check if tasks are completed

Termine & Organisation

• You manage my calendar
• You ensure that nothing slips through the cracks

This is NOT a classic VA job.

I am not looking for someone who asks: "What should I do?"

I am looking for someone who says: "I did it."

This is the difference between execution and ownership.

Qualifikation

Must-Have

• Eigenständigkeit: You act without waiting for instructions
• Verlässlichkeit: If you say "done", it's done
• Kommunikationsstärke: You write professionally in my name
• Deutsch auf Native-Level: Perfect grammar, no translator German
• Englisch verhandlungssicher: For international partners

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with creator businesses or startups
• Interest in the automotive industry
• Experience with Notion and Gmail
