Do you want to understand how a business works, solve complex challenges, and turn ideas into concrete results?

At Enpal, you will work on important commercial projects, support the further development of our business, and ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully implemented. You will work closely with experienced managers and various teams, take on responsibility early on, and develop a deep understanding of how a fast-growing company operates.

This is not about just completing tasks. You will identify areas for improvement, contribute your own ideas, and help to make things better and more efficient.

Your Responsibilities

• You will support the implementation of commercial initiatives and work on important business projects.

• You will analyze data and KPIs, prepare insights, and derive concrete recommendations for action.

• You will identify optimization potential in existing processes and develop pragmatic solutions.

• You will coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Product, and other areas.

• You will accompany projects from planning to implementation and keep track of progress and results.

• You will contribute your own ideas, take responsibility, and help to continuously improve our processes.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a comparable field.

• You have initial relevant practical experience, for example through internships or early professional experience – ideally in consulting, startups, business operations, finance, or an analytical environment.

• You have strong analytical skills and can approach complex topics in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

• You work independently, reliably, and pragmatically, and have a strong hands-on mentality.

• You learn quickly, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to understand how different areas of a company interact.

• You communicate confidently in German (C2 level) and have very good English skills.
