As a Business Operations Associate II at Arrow Electronics, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team by providing administrative support, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Providing administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and performing other tasks as needed. • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing recommendations based on findings. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize business processes. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including financial statements, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics. • Participating in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
