Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. At the heart of it is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.

metrify is Enpal's smart metering unit and the digital infrastructure for an intelligent energy ecosystem. With tens of thousands of installed iMSys and scalable processes, we make energy measurable, controllable, and economically usable – and together with partners, we create the basis for new business models for the energy transition.

Your Tasks

• You manage and improve our operational processes in daily business and ensure that processes function reliably, efficiently, and smoothly.

• You work closely with colleagues from Tech, Product, Operations, and Finance to quickly resolve operational challenges and implement improvements directly.

• You keep an eye on ongoing processes and relevant key figures, identify deviations early on, and initiate appropriate measures.

• Using tools like SQL, Power BI, or Python, you analyze operational data and create transparency regarding utilization, quality, speed, and potential bottlenecks.

• You analyze disruptions and optimization potentials, develop pragmatic solutions, and accompany them to successful implementation in everyday work.

• You coordinate change and automation measures and ensure that new processes are sustainably integrated into operational business.

• In doing so, you ensure that internal standards, quality requirements, and regulatory specifications are met at all times.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field – for example, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration with a Tech focus, STEM, or Computer Science.

• You have initial experience in operations, process management, business analytics, or consulting – or you are eager to develop yourself in these areas.

• You have a good understanding of the interfaces between business and tech – and feel comfortable interacting with developers, analysts, and other interface partners.

• You have experience or interest in working in a start-up or scale-up environment where dynamism, initiative, and team spirit are required.

• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and enjoy making decisions based on data and facts.

• You are communicative and explain complex topics in a way that is understandable to everyone – at the same time, you enjoy working in a team and sharing your knowledge.

• You are eager to learn and adaptable – you can switch between topics, functions, and tools with confidence while always maintaining an overview.

• You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
