Do you live abroad, work remotely, and love working with entrepreneurs on their business models? Do you bring energy to workshops, quickly grasp new industries, and enjoy turning good ideas into really strong offerings?

We are ZWW Deutschland. We connect SMEs, agencies, and consultants with government funding programs that hardly anyone knows about. Our team is growing, and we are looking for someone to guide our clients in developing their business models further in compact 1-hour workshops – in German, on an equal footing, with a positive demeanor, and a real feel for people and markets.

With us, you will conduct 30-40 workshops per month with entrepreneurs and consultants. You will quickly familiarize yourself with a wide variety of business models, coach our clients through the further development of their offerings, and ensure that the end result is something truly attractive in the market.

Tasks

• You will conduct 30-40 structured 1-hour workshops with entrepreneurs per month – online, attentively, and to the point.
• You will quickly familiarize yourself with many different business models and industries and quickly identify where the potential lies.
• You will jointly develop their offerings with our clients – with a focus on Product-Market Fit: offerings that customers really want.
• You will coach entrepreneurs to think beyond their existing, often rigid, offering and to see new paths.
• You will bring complex discussions to a conclusion and translate the results into a clear structure.
• You will ensure that every consultation has a cool, tangible result – clear goals, clear procedure, clear added value.
• You will deeply familiarize yourself with our ZWW system and the requirements for subsidized business consulting.

Qualifications

• German at a very good level. You can explain complex issues clearly and formulate precisely.
• You have a positive, engaging demeanor, and people enjoy working with you.
• You can actively lead workshops, bring energy, and ensure that a concrete result is achieved at the end.
• You think fast, work fast, and quickly get into new topics and business models.
• You understand business models, offerings, and markets – or concepts like Business Model Generation and Value Proposition Design are not foreign to you.
• You are comfortable in conversations with entrepreneurs, can motivate, but also ask critical follow-up questions.
• Experience in coaching, moderation, consulting, innovation, or offer development is a plus.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field fits the role well, but is not a must.
