Business Manager

Job description As Business Manager in Valuement, your task will be to develop, make profitable and grow over time the Business Unit of which you will be the primary responsible for its development and growth. You will work closely with the Management Team to define and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue and improving profitability. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve specific goals; • Analyzing financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements; • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the Business Unit's performance; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and colleagues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
