Business Manager

We are looking for an organized, involved, communicative, and very resourceful person to take over the development of The Little Genius – Mental Arithmetic project and take it to the next level.

Little Genius is a mental arithmetic project for children aged between 4 and 14 years old. We teach it at our center, as well as in after-school programs and private kindergartens.

Training is offered to learn the course; it is very easy to learn.

We want someone who can build and coordinate the project from scratch, not just execute tasks.

What they will do:

* identify and contact schools, kindergartens, and after-school programs for collaborations

* present the program and schedule meetings/demonstrations

* recruit and coordinate teachers

* organize groups, schedules, and teacher activities

* maintain contact with schools, parents, and teachers

* handle the promotion of the project and social media content

* track registrations and group development

* come up with ideas for the growth and development of The Little Genius

* manage day-to-day operations and ensure things are organized and running smoothly.

We are looking for:

✨ experience in coordination / sales / education / management – is an advantage

✨ very good communication and negotiation skills

✨ initiative and the ability to work independently

✨ organization and attention to detail

✨ energy, seriousness, and a desire for development

✨ social media knowledge – advantage

✨ driver's license – advantage
