We are looking for a Junior Business Manager (m/f/d) who wants to take on responsibility, understand processes, and make our management consultancy even more digital, structured, and efficient together with us.

You will work directly with management and our department heads, receive real creative freedom, and can potentially develop into Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

Your Job: Ensure that our operational machine runs – and gets a little better every month.

You will gradually take responsibility for the operational processes behind our coaching and consulting programs.

This includes in particular:

• You organize our coaching programs from commissioning to successful completion.
• You manage onboardings, participants, groups, appointments, access, learning platforms, and the entire organizational customer journey.
• You will organize the preparations for our live coaching sessions in Münster and be on-site yourself for selected dates.
• You work with tools like Airtable, Excel, AI applications, and automation platforms, and further develop our existing systems.
• You consistently question manual processes: What can we simplify, automate, or completely eliminate?
• You test new digital tools and AI applications and implement meaningful solutions directly within the company.
• You work on internal digitalization and special projects together with management.
• You document processes in such a way that they function reliably and become scalable.
• What we successfully develop at RWKMP can later become part of our client projects and training. This way, you can also contribute your own digital and AI expertise to our consulting work in the long term.

Important: We are not looking for someone who simply manages existing processes. We are looking for someone who eventually asks: “Why are we still doing it this way?” – and then builds a better solution.

Qualifications

We are less interested in how many years of professional experience are on your resume. We are interested in how you think and what you can do.

A completed degree – e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar – is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.

Much more important to us is:

• You are extremely structured, reliable, and conscientious.
• You enjoy bringing order to complex processes.
• You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Digital tools are fun for you, and you quickly learn new software.
• ChatGPT, Claude & Co. are not foreign words to you – or you are really eager to delve deeply into them.
• First experiences with Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools are a plus, but not a must.
• You think process-oriented and independently look for better solutions.
• You can not only conceptualize things but also have the desire to get hands-on and implement them yourself.
• You communicate professionally and confidently – both internally and with our clients.
• You take responsibility and don't wait for someone to explain every next step to you.

Entry-level professionals are explicitly welcome. If you are really good, you don't have to have worked somewhere for five years before you get responsibility with us.
