Summary of the Role The Sales and Marketing Department is responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans that meet the strategic objectives of the company. This includes market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, pricing strategy, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, sales forecasting, and budgeting. The Business Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve these goals.
